Jill Carter (born in 1973) is an English Beauty Therapist, Public Figure, and Celebrity Partner from Los Angeles, California. She is best known as Leigh Francis’ spouse (British actor, director, stand-up comedian, producer, and writer).
In June 2020, the comedian posted a tearful video on his social media apologized for mimicking black famous celebrities on his show “Bo’ Selecta!” which aired on Channel 4. Leigh created the hit series from September 06, 2002, to December 18, 2009.
