Priya Ramani (born 1976) is an Indian Journalist and Writer from Mumbai, Maharashtra. In October 2018, she accused Union Minister M.J. Akbar of sexual misconduct with #MeToo movement. Furthermore, the 37-year-old journalist said the incident took place in a hotel room when she was an editor in a newspaper agency. Ramani told that the minister made sexual advances toward her in that hotel room.
