Tukaram Mundhe (born June 3, 1975) is an Indian Administrative Officer (IAS) of batch 2005 from Tadsonna village (India). In fact, he is the honest and dedicated officer.
Presently, he is serving as the Commissioner of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC). However, all the political parties come together against him. He is regarded as the most respected IAS officer based in Maharashtra.
Furthermore, he is trying to seek issues related to corruption. Navi Mumbai Corporations is suffering from corruption and funds issue. On the other hand, he is trying to restore the drainage related issues.
During rains, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai face the problem of waterlogging. In the short time of six months, all the corporators and officers are trying to stop him.
He has started the “Walk with Commissioner” program to solve the problems of citizens every Sunday. Apart from that, Tukaram is among the favorites of Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis.
